polandPrintmaking graduate students Raluca Iancu and James Boychuk-Hunter are spending the month of May at The Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław, Poland, where they have an exhibition of their work and are engaged in studio projects. They have already made new prints and their exhibition, “Fragments”, opens on May 20th at the Academy’s Concrete Gallery. As part of the program linkage, this September, two students from Wroclaw will spend the month in Knoxville in a similar capacity. For more than a decade, the UT School of Art has had linkages with academies in Poland.
